At arianagrandehoodie.us, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want your shopping experience to be stress-free and transparent. If something isn’t right, we’ve made our Return & Refund Policy simple, fair, and customer-friendly.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Final Sale / Clearance items
  • Gift cards, e-gift cards, or downloadable products

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@arianagrandehoodie.us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.
  3. Our team will reply with simple instructions and a return authorization.

⚠️ Please do not ship items back without authorization, as we cannot process unapproved returns.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is defective or incorrect).
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 7 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount

6. Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges due to limited inventory.
If you want a different size or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Your order number

We’ll replace the product or issue a full refund at no extra cost.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or card statement
  2. Contact your payment provider
