1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Final Sale / Clearance items
- Gift cards, e-gift cards, or downloadable products
3. How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@arianagrandehoodie.us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.
- Our team will reply with simple instructions and a return authorization.
⚠️ Please do not ship items back without authorization, as we cannot process unapproved returns.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is defective or incorrect).
- We recommend using a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You’ll receive an email confirmation
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 7 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount
6. Exchanges
We do not currently process direct exchanges due to limited inventory.
If you want a different size or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the item
- Your order number
We’ll replace the product or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or card statement
- Contact your payment provider
